Although Michelle got her real estate license in 2013, her love of real estate stated years prior with a family operated home inspection company.   Michelle worked closely with family members performing inspections, communicating with clients, and leading consultations with realtors and potential clients.  This experience and relationship building evolved into her own business of home rehabilitations and selling houses.  With the knowledge gained from home inspections and a passion for delivering for her client, she was able to transform these houses into her client’s dream homes.

               Michelle brings 20 years of customer service experience to every client.  Michelle’s true passion is helping her clients create their vision of their dream home, and be able to deliver it with an easy and joyful experience.  She does this with an understanding that such a life changing event can be challenging and stressful, but as the consummate communicator she is able to make the process much simpler and with little added stress for her clients.  Michelle’s ability to see a home’s potential, as well as unlocking the homes’ true value is one of the many areas that set her apart from other realtors.  She is able to deliver on this vision using her many years of conducting home inspections combined with her hands on experience with home rehabilitations and renovations.  This experience allows her to articulate and communicate the most cost effective plan to make their dreams a reality.

As a realtor, Michelle is able to help her clients gain a true understanding of how to best sell their home.  By developing a sales plan for her clients, she has had great success through communicating what needs to be done to demand the highest price.  Once you work with Michelle you will feel like a friend for life!

When not working with clients, Michelle loves to spend time with her husband of 26 years and her two teenage boys.
